Do I need a furniture repair shop?
I'm trying to find a way to get my grandparents old rocker stop when I crack rock in it. I would say that The Rocker is more than 100 years and has 30 round pins on the back and a periodic oscillation
I work in a workshop Furniture repair and I can say that your problem is more likely that the pins and / or the rockers are loose and go to paste. I say if you do not have gripper bar and tail, so yes it is done by a professional, it will cost you later if you mess with glue lower prices and make a lot of things. Company I work for has a website: http://www.dollfurniturecompany.com also keep in mind when something is loose when things start to break, as the pins hold everything. If you fix it soon would be cheaper and you can avoid further damage.
